Putting the O back in Welder

This Blog is named to promote the spelling of a welding machine operator as a Weldor.

Welding as a term that can take on so many forms. It is used to describe a group of processes that use heat to create a fusion of two separate pieces. You have two and create one. The welder is the power source that creates the heat to melt the parent to create a molten puddle. The Weldor is the person who has education and experience to operate the welder to use the molten puddle to create the weldment.
A Weldor is a safe, quality motivated, Tradesperson who has the skills to make materialistic dreams a reality.
Weldor, title of a specialist in metallurgy who is continually learning through experience. A life long learner. Also, an operator of a robot that welds.

No change in pronunciation, Welder or Weldor.
Sounds the same. Use it today!
