How are students able to learn in so many different ways? What role does their smarts play in the understanding of topics. I like to think of students as intelligent yet uninformed about what they are about to learn. (Gajdics, 2016) Always present material fairly and verified to students. All students have different built in abilities when they enter adult education. Experience is another big factor affecting how well they do. Student can work harder to get the same results as others who shine with less effort.
